"I was looking for a team to help me rebuild myself emotionally and physically. At Next Level Health and Wellness, I found what I was looking for, a team to “pour my foundation.” My Next Level Coach has been my mentor, co-contractor, guide, cheerleader, etc. for the past 4 months and 21lbs. I am mostly a vegetarian with occasional fish I had a challenge ahead of me with losing the weight I needed to but Next Level was so great coming up with fresh new ideas and options for me. They work with me in a kind and generous way with tons of optimism & patience, and zero judgement, and I have finally made it to my goal weight after 4 months. Now they are guiding me with a lifestyle/maintenance protocol which is so important for someone like me who needs a structured regime to fall back on. I have recommended Next Level to many of the people in my life, and a few have already signed up to have them help as much as they have helped me, and they are all doing great! I am so grateful to have found Next Level and to have had the opportunity to work one on one with them. My only regret is not starting sooner! I was hesitant at first because I was hesitant it would work – I thought there was no going back. I live in Arizone and even though I am not seeing them in person, Next Level has gone to all efforts to help and support me in a way I feel they are always there. Especially with the 24/7 contact through their app. We have monthly sessions to touch base about progress, mindset, and overall mental, physical, and emotional health and well-being. They do more than give me advice on foods to eat and those to avoid; they help me see how various aspects, including stress and sleep, exercise, and positive thinking are intertwined. A change in even just one factor can have an impact on weight goals. I have learned so much about the weight loss process and what is involved, but more importantly, I have learned more about myself and gained insight as to how to handle different things all people encounter to some degree on a daily basis. I have lost my goal of 15 pounds! I am looking forward to starting the maintenance phase and continuing to learn more about my overall health and well-being. I could not have done this without the wisdom, support, motivation, and encouragement Next Level provided. Thank you for all you have done for me, now let’s keep it off!

This program saved my life! My outlook on weight is the same as investing, weight loss is a four-legged stool. One leg is your diet, one leg is exercise, and then the two most important legs – your personal psychology to lose weight (your head) and the balancing of your metabolism. If one of these legs is eliminated the stool becomes unstable and falls. Next Level has given me the tools to build a solid stool. Since finding Next Level and discussing my health issues and lifestyle, I’ve lost 12 lbs in 1 month which never seemed possible during Christmas and the New Year holidays. It is also quite significant since I’m in the food business and work long hours. I’m eating healthier, understanding what healthier foods are such as plant based proteins, lean meat, poultry and as much organic as possible. I’m waking up every day and just feeling as if the fat is melting from the inside. Every day I feel a little less tired! "My experience with Next Level is very positive. I am very happy with my results, in that I was able to lose just over 20lbs in 14 weeks. I have learned a tremendous amount about my personal health and how to maximize weight loss by eating the right combinations of food in the correct portions throughout the day. I decided this was going to be the year for my best health yet and about three months into the year, I realized I had to do something…. I was not feeling well, my back hurt, I had a foggy brain and every time I tried to really exercise my muscles and body ached.
